History says "If you want to give the greatest compliment to the Chinese Emperor, call him the Dragon Face. Throughout Asia, the dragon is a symbol of mythical rulers of the time, rain, water, happiness, health. Chinese Dragon is a symbol of the wisdom, intelligence, enlightenment, energy, leadership, good fortune, optimism and success. Also, Chinese dragon is considered as guardian East. The dragon is the best symbol in Chinese Feng Shui. Chinese dragon can fly using magic, and therefore has no wings.
The dragon is usually used as a national emblem of China. Despite this, the dragon still commands great respect in Chinese culture.
A large number of Chinese proverbs and phrases also include references to the dragon, for instance: "Hoping that the child will become a dragon" (to have as much success, money and be as powerful as the dragon).
